AGENDA
1. Immunization forms are now overdue. Please return to the school by tomorrow (Friday). *Even if you do not want your child to be vaccinated at school, the form should still be signed and returned. There is a spot on the form to indicate, "No, I do not consent."
2. Supplies: please continue sending extra supplies as you are able. We have started using our duotang for our Science log book and will start using our scribblers early next week. If you are unable to send these supplies at this time, let me know and I will make arrangements here at the school. Thank you!
